San Onofre Surprise

Last night the news reported that the San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant was having an alarm drill on Wednesday morning. Fifty some-odd alarms were supposed to be tested.

Can you imagine the poor schlub driving by on the freeway not knowing there was a test in progress???
